This course is designed to give you some very popular and special meat dishes from around Arabia. Fish, chicken or beef; in three sections you can explore the main courses that will be served on a lunch or dinner table in a Middle Eastern household. From fish sauce, to chicken rolls; meat-stuffed-meat and the Arabian version of tomato meatballs. Meat lovers will find their recipes here from across the Arab World and passionate cooks will expand their knowledge base in Middle Eastern cuisine. Kebabs, lamb ribs, kofteh/kofta, shawarmah, "gyros" and plenty more of the common dishes you've probably heard of will be covered here. My name is Aseel Arabia. I am a home chef, a freelance chef and a cook to large events and people all over the world. I specialise in pan-Arab dishes but most of all, the rich tastes and flavours that come from the Levantine. I hope this course will be easy for you to follow so you can replicate and share some of my lovely recipes.Whether you're looking for Moroccan food, Saudi Arabian cuisine, Kuwaiti dishes or Lebanese food; this course has you covered and prepared for your next barbecue (bbq) cookout.
