    This course is designed to explain Claims in construction projects in a step-by-step manner, as we start from the definition of a Claim and the different cases of Claims and how to deal with Claims from the occurrence of any event that gives the right to claim and the different types of claims. Later we discuss how to write and submit a Claim and the basic elements on which a Claim is based. We will cover the Cause, Effect, Entitlement, Substantiation , and how to write each element.

    We also discuss how to prove a Claim and support it with documents and evidence, with an explanation example of the delay and cost analysis.
