Welcome to Steer Up’s Coaching and Mentoring course. This course provides an insight into the skills, knowledge, development tools and techniques required to be a successful coach or mentor. We’ll also cover safeguarding, wellbeing and how you can support someone who may be in a mental health crisis. You'll learn some skills, knowledge and tools to help you develop your own style of coaching and mentoring, that can be adapted to suit each unique mentor:mentee relationship.
