    Description
This course is for anyone looking to slow down, reconnect, and find calm through the simple act of working with clay.

You don’t need any artistic background or pottery experience — just an open mind and a willingness to get your hands a little muddy.

This course gently guides you through seven mindful sessions — each blending touch, texture, and breath with simple clay movements.

You’ll learn not to chase perfection, but to stay present, express freely, and let your hands lead the way.

Arriving with Clay – Grounding with touch, kneading clay mindfully.

The Pinch Pot Pause – Creating a vessel with intention and slow breathing.

Rolling with Ease – Coils as meditation, stacking slowly and mindfully.

Slabs of Stillness – Flattening and shaping, adding textures intentionally.

Marking Memories – Gentle carving, symbols, or words of intention.

Letting Go – Drying and accepting imperfections as part of the process.

Closing Circle – Final piece creation, reflective and meditative.
