    Hi, there, have you ever travelled to China?  have you tried Chinese food? if yes, then are you interested to learn Chinese cooking?  do you want to cook Chinese dishes by yourself? if yes, then you are in the right place. You will learn the Chinese cooking with a real Chinese who have been overseas for 20 years. The Chinese diet is a fairly healthy style of eating, when we consider the typical ratio of protein to vegetables to starch.Essential to any stir-fry, the wok is the heart of the Chinese kitchen.in the lectures, I would like to show you some basics and you can follow with me to cook in practise like a real Chinese does. This course focuses on some basics: Learn the Chinese seasoning and how we use themunderstand what 4 major Chinese cuisines are11 common dishes to make in practise (step by step)during my 20 years stay aboard, most of my time, I cook Chinese dishes as I have a Chinese family. I just video my daily cooking and collect 11 representive dishes for the basics. In those videos,  I will show you how to cook in both chinese traditional and innovative way, how to use seasoning and how to cook like a real Chinese. Even with ingredients which are difficult to find in western world, I will tell you how to replace them with something else. I hope you like chinese cooking and always remember Chinese cooking is simple and it's healthy, too. so let's start! I hope you enjoy the cooking!
