ARE YOU STILL USING PAPER FOR YOUR CHECKBOOK REGISTERS? Replace your finance log books with this Checkbook Transaction Register conveniently on your computer in an Excel file.

When you enter a transaction withdrawal or deposit, the Excel file automatically updates the balance. You do not have to use a calculator. Two balances are shown – the anticipated balance and the reconciled balance.

RECONCILING WITH THE BANK IS EASY. Select “Y” when the transaction clears your bank and the reconciled balance automatically updates.

Place a checkmark next to the last reconciled transaction so you can start from that point next time.
