CAD To Blender 3D (Book 1)

This Guide Book is meant for 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) Users, Engineers, Designers and Professionals who want to harness the power of the free yet powerful Blender 3D software for the presentation and visualisation of their CAD models, parts and/or Assemblies’. This courseware is compatible with Blender version 3.0 and higher. In fact, it will require 3.0 or higher for some part of the workflow. If you are looking for a low cost solution to present your 3D Designs, this Guide Book may be for you. As long as your 3D CAD software or system can export to formats such as STL, OBJ, FBX or Collada (DAE), this book may be useful as a very cost-effective and easy-to-follow guidebook on CAD Design Visualisation, Rendering and Animation. This book will cover both Cycles and Eevee Rendering Engines.
Do note that this book will not cover 3D modelling. Instead, it will cover the processes and techniques of creating compelling visualisation, renders and presentation animation of 3D CAD data, using the power of Blender. It is meant to be a no-frill book aimed at rapidly bringing the User to a working proficiency in creating realistic renders, real-time visualisations (via Eevee) as well as animated presentations.
