You will learn many cooking tips and techniques which are very helpful for you to improve your kitchen skills and being confident in cooking Thai food at home.In this course, we have provided you with the most popular Thai food and dessert recipes such as Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup, Thai Green Curry, Mango Sticky Rice, etc. Please see the course outline for more details. You will get to know how to prepare Thai vegetables and herbs and how to make Thai curry paste from scratch by using the mortar and pestle. You will also learn about the different types of Thai rice and how to cook both Thai Jasmine rice and Thai sticky rice on the stove.  And learn all about the essential seasoning and condiments to go with Thai food. We have broken down each recipe into small sections so that you will have time to prepare the ingredients and equipment ahead the time and move along to the next section with step by step instructions and demonstrations.
