    Hello and welcome to PE Buddy's Athlete Development Program!This course is design to equip you with the knowledge to improve your performance in whatever sport you play. I'm a current practicing PE teacher, exercise and sport scientist and semi-pro soccer player. I've spend my whole career playing, studying and teaching sport, exercise and performance and has learnt several extremely effective strategies used by top athletes all over the world. And I want to share them with you!Are you ready to become the best player in your team, region, state or country? This course will teach you 4 pillars of performance:The importance of sleepThe importance of nutritionThe importance of strength and conditioningThe importance of recoveryWithin each of these pillars you'll learn practically, applicable skills and knowledge that you can apply straight away as well as over time to gain consistent results.
