    Description
Stress is a universal part of daily life. Without it, life would not be worth living. But too much, and life is also not worth living. This course will enable you to control your level and type of stress so your life is absolutely worth living. You will learn the Stress Equation, a simple way to understand and work on a complex issue. You will become expert in: E – R = S. Which means that stress is equal to the difference between your expectations and reality (no math skills necessary). You will also learn how to avoid stress, balance it, and discharge it.Bob's courses follow that old saying, "if you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, if you teach him to fish, you feed him for a lifetime." Bob teaches both skills and concepts. If you want both training and an education, this is the place, tools and ideas. When you want more than bullet points. Bob's quest is to create courses that will help you meet life's challenges with heart and wisdom.Once you learn the stress equation, you will be able to apply it to any situation. Our approach also explains that stress can be positive and negative, too much or too little, physical, situational, emotional or mental, debilitating or exciting. It’s a complex topic that you will understand and control whenever it appears or is a possibility.Part of the course is influenced by sports psychology, where the best arousal level of the athlete must not be too intense or too relaxed. They control this level using techniques you will learn. It also uses findings from behavioral medicine, where patients are prepared to undergo traumatic medical procedures. Learn the best techniques known to make your day great. Make the stress in your life optional and under your control.
