200 hr Teacher Training with a focus on Intro to Yoga Therapy
What you'll learn
Learn to teach yoga in a group or private setting. this can be done in a private studio, gym, fitness center, senior center, etc
Learn the basics of the yoga business, such as marketing, class planning, and pricing yourself for success
Learn and identify the 7 major chakras and how they effect our health and well being
You will be tested on practical applications of teaching, i.e., cueing, technique, and content.
Requirements
Must be over the age of 18.
Description
Our 200 hr yoga teacher training is one of the most comprehensive trainings for the the price. We pride ourselves on quality courses making you a leader in your field.All trainings are under the direction of Certified Yoga Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Health Coach, and Lotus of Life College of Holistic Arts Education Director, Kat Robinson, so all trainings also have the basics of yoga therapy giving you a "jumpstart" in your desire to become a yoga therapist. Our 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training graduates, holding a Bachelor's Degree, are eligible to apply for the Master of Yoga Therapy program at Maryland University of Integrative Health. Our 200 hr training program is eligible for Yoga alliance Registration. Our 200 hour Teacher Training has a basis of Yoga Therapy. Our philosophy is all yoga is therapy.We have had our Registered Yoga School since 2016. We took our trainings online in 2020 during the Covid 19 Pandemic.We hope that you enjoy the class and find the information helpful in your career path. Yoga teachers can work in studios, gyms, schools, senior centers or you may start your own business.
