Julie Townsend - Vinegar: A Guide to the Many Types and Their Uses Around the Home
    2007 | ISBN: 0572033303 | English | 159 pages | PDF | 9.4 MB

This book covers everything. It talks about the different types of vinegar, wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, balsamac, white, rice vinegar, cane vinegar, coconut vinegar and a few more. It covers vinegar for cooking, home remedies for sickness, cleaning, beauty, uses for kids, the garden, pickling. There are formulas and recipes as well as a section on how vinegar is made, and there is even an index which is very handy for looking up a particular use or recipe. There are 159 pages to this book and the interior formatting is very nice, with illustrations. The book was an eye opener to me and I learned many things that were common knowledge to an older generation, but have been replaced by modern chemisty, like houehold cleaning products, and over-the-counter drugs instead of simple vinegar remedies. This book is good for reference and should be in every household. – Val Lull, Author Ten Healthy Teas
