Written for the exhibition held in Florence from 18th September 2015 to 3rd January 2016, the book is a fascinating narrative journey in which the reader follow the traces of the world’s most ancient “bread”, a discovery made in Tuscany about 30,000 years ago. In pages full of color images we learn about the interaction between man and the environment starting from the Paleolithic, with particular attention to the development of those knowledge and technical skills that were essential to create food.
