Furthermore, there are no age restrictions. In the end, all practitioners following this Manual could expect substantial results in as little as four weeks after learning all the exercises contained herein and daily practice. This Manual is a rewrite/translation (not exact) of a very rare Chinese language book, “Jiàn Shēn – Jīběn Gōng Fǎ” ( 健身-基本功法 )- “Fitness - Basic Practice”; originally compiled and authored by Zhang Dun Xi (張敦熙), famed Taiji-Tong Bei Quan master. The authors have practiced many of the exercises contained in this book taught to them by Lin Chih-Young, who learned them from the original author.
