Srividya Pemmaraju, Certified Salesforce Administrator
Become a Super Salesforce Admin is a must-read for anyone looking to manage their Salesforce org with confidence and clarity. I found this book helpful in providing a structured framework for key responsibilities—something that can often feel overwhelming in a busy Salesforce environment. Another standout aspect is its emphasis on business analysis, change management, and agile project management—critical skills that admins need but don’t always develop early in their careers. If you're managing a Salesforce org and want a guide to stay on top of your responsibilities, this book is a game-changer."
