    Philip Buonpastore's book provides advice to the older rider who is riding for the first time, or returning to riding after many years off of a motorcycle. The first half of his book builds chapter by chapter on the steps needed to get a motorcycle license, buying your first motorcycle and acquiring experience on a bike, and tips for traveling by motorcycle, as well as purchasing riding gear and accessories for the bike. The second half of his book contains the author's motorcycle travel stories written about his tours around the country that have been published in national motorcycling magazines.
