    Holly Wei, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN , is a Professor and Assistant Dean for the PhD program at the University of Louisville School of Nursing. Her research focuses on healthcare organizational culture, leadership development, clinician well-being, and patient care quality.

    Sara Horton-Deutsch, PhD, RN, PMHCNS, FAAN, ANEF, is a Caritas Coach, a Professor, and the Director of the Kaiser Permanente/USF Partnership at the University of San Francisco School of Nursing and Health Professions, where she mentors the next generation of nursing leaders through the lens of Caring Science and values-based leadership.
