As a degree holder of BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, I was appointed as the operating and financial manager, along with a side job of diet consultant. I have earned recognition from all of my clients as I have helped them to develop and maximised the potential oftheir bodies. I have been doing kickboxing and weightlifting training for more than 10 years now and broke into the fitness industry almost 5 years ago. Your body is a temple, and putting its progress in the wrong hands can have some painful results. I'm an experienced personal trainer and fitness consultant, with a wealth of experience helping people of all ages, walks of life, and fitness levels reach their goals. I do offer customized programs to each client's needs, and I adopt a science-based approach to programming that maximized results while minimizing the risk of injury.
