    I originally found a recipe by David Lobovitz in the Delta Airlines magazine. It was for the coffee ice cream. This recipe was so good I had to get his other books. This book is easy to read and has tidbits of why he loves this recipe. I made the Cookie Dough Ice Cream for my granddaughter and she loved it. All the recipes have been a hit so far.

    Every recipe that I have tried from this book has turned out very well. The milk chocolate Guiness ice cream is delicious, unusual and was a great hit at a recent dinner party. Szechuan peppercorn and orange ice cream was also worth a try. And the baked goods like blondies and brownies in the last chapter work very well too. All in all, a great book.

    I've made several recipes from this book and each one is easy to follow and creates a fantastic product! The Strawberry Sour Cream Ice Cream was the best Strawberry Ice Cream EVER! Pear Caramel was great, as was they standard vanilla (philadelphia style and with eggs), coffee and chocolate! Definitely a good book to buy with your ice cream machine!
