This is a multimedia book on the Anti-Aging and Health Program (AHP). Originally, it focused just on MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), but with my research, a light went off. On reading some very deep scientific papers, I realized that the real key to health rests with the liver, and that joint health is a fraction of a much bigger issue. With this, I combined some of the other powerful foods and food supplements that I have come across. They all affect the Liver, generally, but not all effect it directly.
