What is an Enterprise? An Enterprise is a collection of organizations or groups with a shared set of goals. The main objective of enterprise designing, and development is to manage the business by laying the groundwork for an IT strategic approach with basic technology and techniques. As a result, IT becomes a responsive asset for a modern business strategy.
Businesses rely on change to generate revenue and stay relevant by delivering new products and services. However, new systems are developed over time, merging system integration or consolidation. Then for a competitive advantage, new technologies are embraced, and additional systems require integration to share information. At an organizational level, to encounter, manage, and maintain these technological and computing complexities, a well-defined and constrained Enterprise architecture practice is essential.
The applications utilized in an enterprise must also be able to work in unison with the group's existing business objectives for the technology to assist in the achievement of corporate objectives. Enterprise architecture is utilized in the development of these applications to create technology that is consistent with corporate goals. In this study, one of the enterprise architecture frameworks, the OGAF TOGAF ADM (The Open Group Architecture Framework), will be used to aid in the development of applications for the CPO industry. The study's findings are presented in the form of a recommended application model that is customized to the interests of existing apparel industries' business processes and business needs.
