    In 1974 Moshe went to London to conduct a four weekpublic workshop for the Quaesitor Centre, aBritish human potentials center, modeled on theEsalen Institute. Much like Esalen, the QuasitorCentre was concerned with such subjects asmeditation and body-mind relationships. Thus,many of the lessons and lectures includecomments and discussions relating to humandevelopment, psychology, and spiritual pursuits.The entire workshop was recorded and thentranscribed. This manuscript is reformatted fromthe original and all of the Awareness ThroughMovement lessons are highly suitable for classesor workshops. There are six lectures included and30 ATM lessons most of which are not availableanywhere else or are unusual variations onfamiliar ATM lessons. This is a great teachingresource.
