Unfortunately, not enough of the jurors are likely to read Dershowitz's powerful arguments. Hopefully the availability of this book in inexpensive electronic format will increase the readership of these trenchant essays, because, for the sake of the preservation of civilization as we know it, this book should be widely read. Facts, it has been said, are stubborn things. But even stubborn things do not sell themselves without the assistance of stubborn fact-tells. Dershowitz fits the bill. This is a must-read book.
