Dark energy/matter is really quite a convoluted concept in theoretical physics, reading text books on this theory will make ones head spin and explode. The 4% Universe, on the other hand, took a complex and dry mathematical construct and turned it into an intriguing tale of mystery and awe. This book also made my head spin and nearly explode, but it's from truly grasping the difficult physics idea of dark energy in a decidedly non-mathematical manner. Bringing the beauty of science to non-scientist readers: mission accomplished!
