Since 1991 Daniele Benati has been the singer, guitarist and producer of the Ridillo group. The first things Bengi wrote and produced for TV were the theme songs for Turisti, Velisti per caso and Misteri per caso broadcast on Rai, Wedding Planners, Wonder Stories and Celebrity Now for Sky. Since 2007 Bengi has written and produced more than 50 Library Music albums (together with Flippermusic) distributed worldwide by sub-publishers related to TV, Cinema and Commercials. Since 2012, together with Fabio Di Bari, he has set up the "That's Amore" label which creates musical soundtracks linked to the typically "Made in Italy" sound, always distributed throughout the world for cinema and TV. As an author Bengi is present in Gianni Morandi's album with the song "Corre Più Di Noi" which arrives as a single at Festivalbar in 2005. He also writes many songs for Mirko Casadei Beach Band (Raoul's son) one of which was later translated in English by Kid Creole. Bengi is also present in the TV theme song of "Dancing With The Stars" on RAIUNO as co-author together with Paolo Belli. In 2022 he wrote together with Claudio Zanoni the soundtrack of the film "Acqua e Anice" with the protagonist Stefania Sandrelli presented at the Venice film festival.
