"A Christmas To Remember" contains a mixture of his own songs and Christmas classics, to which Gaebel lends his very special touch. His Christmas concerts, which have taken him and his orchestra all over the country for years, prove just how good he is at this. Eight years after his second and so far last Christmas album, he is fulfilling himself and his fans' wish for a new Xmas collection.

It is a project close to the heart of the celebrated singer, bandleader and entertainer, and one for which he put his heart and soul into: "I took a kind of winter vacation for my soul in July and celebrated Christmas until the end of August! While everyone around me was getting out their swimsuits, I was busy with Christmas music, composing Christmas songs and thinking about the Christmas tree at least three times a day. On the one hand, it was actually amazingly refreshing - on the other hand, it was also a lot of work for a record summer!", says Tom Gaebel, who appropriately commented on his socials a few days ago: "Done…and me too!".

The album will contain a total of 13 tracks and 4 bonus tracks. Guests include The BossHoss, Helmut Lotti, Sabrina Weckerlin and the successful Canadian crooner Matt Dusk.

Among the songs on the album are a number of modern classics, hand-picked by Gaebel and reinterpreted with his inimitable blend of crisp big band sounds and playful easy listening. There are also three original compositions on the album.

Tom Gaebel says: "Despite all the lightness, one thing is always important to me: I take the music very seriously - with me you only hear real strings, real wind instruments, real choir. Everything is hand- and mouth-played, as used to be the norm and is unfortunately the absolute exception today. But Christmas is the time for honesty, for love and for sparkle in every room. And I think you can hear all of that in every moment of "A Christmas To Remember"!"
