Roberto Fabbriciani has been an important reference point for flautists and composers for decades. Technology has made new progress possible, but composition is not created by the availability of new tools, but by the fact that innovative musical thinking needs these tools to express itself.“ This CD focuses on music dedicated to Fabbriciani (with the exception of Maderna's piece).
