One of the great names of Brazilian Popular Music, Roberto Menescal turns 85. To celebrate the brand, the album “Nós e o Mar” hits the market on all platforms. The repertoire brings hits by the composer and was conceived with six hands. In addition to the master of bossa nova, pianist Diogo Monzo and multi-instrumentalist and producer Ricardo Bacelar also sign the project. The album features singer Leila Pinheiro, guest of the trio on the version of “Bye Bye Brasil” (Menescal/Chico Buarque). “Us and the Sea” was recorded in Fortaleza. It is yet another gem produced and released by the Jasmin studio and label. The trio was joined by musicians Nelio Costa (bass) and Pantico Rocha (drums).
