Geboren in Guangzhou(China), seit ihre Kindheit ist sie beeinflusst begannt mit neuntem Lebensjahr Querflöte spielen. Mit 16 erhielt sie den zweiten Preis beim „Peking Flute National Competition“. Danach setzte ihr Studium bei Prof. Zhu Tong-De am Peking Konservatorium fort. Während dieser Zeit spielt sie im „China Youth Symphony Orchestra“ und konzertierte auch in viele Städten Europas. In einem Meisterkurs von Prof. Alexandre Magnin(Soloflötist in dem Orchester Opernhaus Zürich, und Dozent an der Konservatorium Musikhochschule Zürich) 1987 in Peking hat ihre Talent den Professor sehr berührt. 1989 hat er für sie ihr Studium in der Schweiz organisiert. 1993 absolvierte sie ihr Studium mit Orchesterdiplom und Lehrdiplom in Konservatorium Zürich. Weiteres Studium nahm sie den Unterricht in der Klasse von Günter Rumpel(Soloflötist in dem Orchester Tonhalle).1996 hat sie mit Auszeichnung das Konzertreifediplom bekommen.
