    Full of joyful esprit Robert Schumann wrote his Davidsbündlertänze: A tender, lively, thoughtful, romantic wedding-eve party! With this the pianist Nikola Avramovic, prize winner of numerous competitions, opens his new Genuin album with piano music of the 19th century. Alongside Schumann, the programme includes Chopin and Liszt, and Avramovic gives this virtuoso, glittering yet profound music the breath it needs: From Schumann's contrasting characters Florestan and Eusebius to Chopin's highly emotional Ballade No. 4 and Liszt's multi-layered arrangements of folk music. Really large arches are created here!
