    Hot Rock Teds« das 2024 erscheinende Album von King Drapes mit 16 Songs, das sowohl alte, als auch neue Songs enthält. Geradliniger Teddy Boy Rock 'n' Roll aus Finnland. 1997 von Sänger und Gitarrist Sami Savolainen gegründet, hat die Band bisher Musik für achtzehn verschiedene Labels aufgenommen.

    Dementsprechend lang ist ihre Diskografie mit über 50 Veröffentlichungen. Seit 2010 ist auch Bassist Jani Kallila dabei. Im Laufe ihrer Karriere ist die Band zwischen 1400 und 1500 mal in Ländern, wie Großbritannien, Spanien, Deutschland, Italien, den USA und Bosnien aufgetreten. Anu-Katjas Stimme ist einzigartig und die Musik ist durch und durch Rock ›n‹ Roll. Neun Titel sind Eigenkompositionen von King Drapes, geschrieben von Sami & Anu-Katja Savolainen. Das letzte Stück »Three Guitars« wurde 2001 live aufgenommen und blieb bisher unveröffentlicht. Es zeigt, dass die King Drapes auf der Bühne liefern können, was sie im Studio aufnehmen. Ein tolles Album für alle Teds und Rocker!
