Karim Kamar is a contemporary classical pianist & composer from London. He has been performing as a solo pianist since 2013 and has built a reputation as an outstanding and unique composer and performer, having played at almost every major music venue in London including: The Jazz Cafe, The Forge, Ronnie Scotts and The Royal Albert Hall.

Karim has also made a name for himself in contemporary circles, performing on Radio 1Xtra’s Grenfell Session, SBTV with Fox and reworking versions of classic Lowkey tracks, as well as running a monthly live music and poetry night, Out Spoken, at the Southbank Centre, London. Through his highly engaged YouTube channel, Karim has found a home for his performances with over 70,000 subscribers and 8 million plays on his videos and counting. He was the face of OnePlus’ Christmas campaign, performing his piece Winter Solstice on a piano made of mobile phones at various locations across Europe.
