Endowed with an inquisitive and versatile character, Eloy is a pianist, piano player and harpsichordist.

Having received a solid piano education in his hometown (Pamplona) and in Muziken (San Sebastian), Eloy receives a scholarship from the Government of Navarre, the Humboldt Foundation (Hezekiah Wardwell Award) and the Nuffic Foundation (Advanced Training Program), continuing his studies at the Hague and Groningen Conservatories, the Higher School of Music. for music in Trossingen (Germany) and at the Schola Cantorum in Basel (Switzerland). Under the guidance of teachers such as Johan Hofmann, Paul Komen, J. Boetticher, Jesper Christensen and Edoardo Torbianelli, Eloy Orzaiz are graduates with the highest grades in various areas of the master's degree. These studies not only provide him with a remarkable technical and artistic base, but also contribute to deepening his knowledge of various styles, aesthetics and repertoire, from the Renaissance to our days.

In the 2012-2013 season, Eloy is the harpsichordist of the Baroque Orchestra of the European Union (EUBO), and in 2014 he was awarded the title of Loreate of the Roiomon Foundation. In fact, he is able to play a wide variety of historical keyboard instruments - from the harpsichord to English, Viennese and French samples, instruments to which he feels a special affection.

Chamber music is another of his passions. He regularly performs on stage with artists such as Amandine Beyer and Naaman Sluchin. His latest CD (Casals: Miralls-Reflets) was highly praised in reviews (5 stars by CLASSICA magazine. Golden Music Lover). He also founded, together with violinist Marta Ramirez El Parnasillo, a duo specializing in rediscovering the repertoire for violin and historical keyboards of the 18th and 19th centuries. In 2019, Marta and Eloy became finalists of the International Early Music Competition in York (England).
