Andrea Corr is the lead singer of Irish pop giantsThe Corrs. Christmas 2019, Andrea Corr visited Dublin's Our Lady's Hospice and Care Services in Harold's Cross to sing a selection of her personal Christmas favorites.

This incredibly moving experience inspired her to record the stunning Andrea Corr Christmas Songs EP and release it in 2020. A year later, she released her amazing collaboration with Ronnie Wood, the single "Blue Christmas."

Today Andrea Corr announces 'The Christmas Album', a full Christmas album due out December 2. "Next year, all our problems will be miles away," she sings in "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas," before adding: "Someday soon, we'll all be together / Until then, we'll have to muddle through somehow."

Those words still resonate as deeply as they did in 2020. The other newly featured songs are equally poignant: "The Christmas Song," "Let It Snow," "O Holy Night," "In The Bleak Mid-Winter" and the original "Begin Again," which Andrea wrote in her unique, truthful style. "Every record has a personality," Andrea explains. "I see this album as a brave little fighter hatched by Covid. I hope you have as much fun listening to it as I did making it.
