Rooted in 1970s prog, hard rock, and heavy psych, Moundrag channel icons like Deep Purple, King Crimson, Emerson Lake & Palmer, and Uriah Heep, while drawing parallels to modern acts like Motorpsycho and Hällas. Yet Deux is no nostalgia trip — it’s a fiercely contemporary manifesto, blending dystopian fantasy, sci-fi, and Celtic myth into lyrics that challenge archaic norms and imagine a freer world.
