    2017 release, the seventh album by Irish outfit The Corrs. Twenty years on from the release of their all-conquering second album Talk On Corners, which featured singles What Can I Do and So Young, the Irish hit makers are back with a magical new album produced by T-Bone Burnett.

    It is their first new material in two years, following White Light (2015). It was produced by T Bone Burnett, and recorded at RAK Studios in London. The band chose to include a song about Syria on the album, called "SOS (Song of Syria)", which they called their most "politically outspoken and evocative" song to date.

    The band recorded the album with T-Bone and musicians bassist Robbie Malone, bassist for David Gray, and long-time guitarist Anthony Drennan, who has worked with Chris Rea, Genesis, Clannad at London’s RAK studios. The album was primarily recorded live, with minimal overdubbing. While working on the album, Burnett made use of 40 spools of two-inch tape and a Ludwig drum kit.

    Speaking about the recording lead singer Andrea Corr said, "One of the biggest moments for me was when we first played T-Bone Son of Solomon.

    "He said ‘Okay, don’t play that any more’. When you’re on the verge of knowing something you’re much better than when you know it too well. And he was right. That’s when the magic happens."

    "I love The Corrs' deep, generous spirit," Burnett said. "I love their writing and their singing and their playing. I love the people of Ireland - their music, their literature, their art- and The Corrs are the most soulful exemplars of that mystical land."
