"Farewell to Connacht" is one of the early work of Na Filí, it shows even a search of the final line of his music. I say this for the instrumentation are: uilleann pipes (of course), fiddle, concertina and piano. The latter two instruments have never filled me at all in this music, especially the piano … humm I don't know, you lose the charm of the folk, of course, is my personal opinion.
In any case, whether outlines the reputation of this remarkable trio of musicians.

"Farewell to Connacht" es uno de los primeros trabajos de Na Filí, se nota aun una búsqueda de la línea definitiva de su música. Digo esto por la instrumentación que tienen: gaita irlandesa (por cierto), violín, bandoneón de botón y piano. Estos dos últimos instrumentos nunca me han llenado del todo en esta música, sobre todo el piano… humm, no sé, se pierde ese encanto propio del folk, por supuesto, es mi opinión personal.
En todo caso, ya se perfila la notoriedad de este notable trío de músicos.
