From his earliest age, Wolfgang Amadeus played Europe’s most prestigious organs, accompanied by his father: Heidelberg, Mannheim, Ghent, Antwerp, Haarlem, Verona, Bologna, Versailles… Everywhere he went, Wolfgang’s playing evoked astonishment and admiration. It even seems that he coveted the position of the organist of the Royal Chapel of Versailles, without success. Afterwards, Mozart devoted himself to other musical activities, without really having composed pieces for a church organ
