    Los Hermanos Cubero es el nombre artístico con el que se les conoce a los músicos y hermanos Enrique y Roberto Ruiz Cubero. Nacieron en Guadalajara y comenzaron sus andaduras en el mundo musical en el año 1998, donde, junto a Ernesto, otro hermano, formaron un grupo de bluegrass que se hizo llamar RC Brothers.

    Años más tarde, quisieron componer de forma más libre, y Roberto y Enrique, formaron Los Hermanos Cubero presentándose a un concurso en el año 2010 que les otorgó el II Premio Europeo de Nueva Creación de Folclore «Agapito Marazuela».

    Han actuado en entornos muy diversos, tales como el festival de Folk de Segovia o la sala El Sol en Madrid, y están continuamente buscando en sus creaciones el eclecticismo del que huyen algunos en la música folk americana.

    En el año 2012, lanzaron su sencillo La calle abajo y han sido los protagonistas de La muerte en la Alcarria, película del director Fernando Pomares. Es una película sin diálogos, en la que los músicos buscan sus orígenes por las tierras alcarreñas, y donde lo que el espectador puede escuchar son las canciones interpretadas por ellos mismos.
