Earth is a very fresh, timeless work. It's difficult to believe that it was recorded in 1973. The music here is an early example of "New Age" and ambient music and I believe Vangelis to be an important pioneering composer of the genre. There is also a combination of some "World Music" or ethnic music on this album. He was at his most dynamic with this work and he dabbled in many different styles. I realised recently that as well as playing a variety of keyboards he played percussion too and performed with some ethnic instruments on the album, including the flute and tabla.

Carlos Alberto Mestre (born August 3, 1952 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) mostly known by his stage name Nito Mestre, is an Argentine musician, founding member –along with Charly García– of Sui Generis, member of PorSuiGieco, bandleader of Nito Mestre y los Desconocidos de Siempre and a recording solo artist. Sui Generis, was initially formed in 1969 by Charly García (keyboards and vocals), Nito Mestre (guitar, flute and vocals), Rolando Fortich (bass guitar), Juan Belia (guitar), Alberto Rodriguez (drums) and Carlos Piegari (vocals). Later on, Sui Generis became a duo as everyone left except for García. After the band split in 1975, Nito Mestre formed a new band called "Nito Mestre y los Desconocidos de Siempre" with María Rosa Yorio on vocals, Rodolfo Gorosito on guitar, Alfredo Toth on bass, Ciro Fogliatta on keyboards and Juan Carlos "Mono" Fontana as a drummer. In the early 80s, Nito pursued a solo career.

Claudio Gabis (Buenos Aires, Argentina, March 18, 1949) is a guitarist, composer and educator, recognized as one of the founders of the rock movement in Argentina and a pioneer of blues in that country.1 Among his contributions are include those he made with the Manal trio -the first group to compose blues in Spanish-, considered along with Almendra and Los Gatos, a founding group of Argentine rock,2 in addition to being one of the best guitarists in his country.

El Regreso is a live album by Andrés Calamaro. The album title means "the return" and marks the comeback of Andres Calamaro onto the musical scene following a personal crisis that was the result of breaking up with his longtime girlfriend.

Desenchufado is the tenth studio album by Argentine singer-songwriter León Gieco. It was released in 1994 by the EMI label and produced by Daniel Goldberg. The album is an irony to the world trend imposed by the North American MTV of the Unplugged. In this case, it was a formidable remake of León's classics, including "El fantasma de Canterville", composed by Charly García for the singer-songwriter, and a new song called "Como un tren" (lyrics by Gieco , while the music is by Gurevich). The presentation of this album in the Capital was only at the end of 1995, with Nito Mestre, Rodolfo García, Oscar Moro and the former Oveja Negra as guests.

Indomitable artist and unique character, Andrés Calamaro is undoubtedly one of the essential creators of popular music in Spanish, from the times with Los Rodríguez and his subsequent rise with solo albums as memorable as "Honestidad Brutal," whose direct and electric rock style seems to evoke in this new release, "Bohemio." As one of Argentina's most popular artists, Calamaro has been rocking through various decades with his bands, Los Abuelos de Nada, Los Rodríguez, and as a solo artist.

40 years ago, on November 17, 1979, in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, Nebbia wrote "Sólo se trata de vivir". The next day, he premiered it in public at a concert near Aguascalientes, at the Autonomous University of that city. This album contains part of that previously unreleased concert, including the historic first version of the classic, which would only be officially recorded a few months later in the city of New York. The album is completed with new songs recorded in 2019 and, as bonus tracks, a handful of versions of "Sólo se trata de vivir" performed by other artists.

Serú '92 is the fifth and last studio album by the Argentine musical group Serú Girán released in 1992. It was a commercial success, with sales that exceeded 200,000 copies and massive concerts in Córdoba and Rosario, and two in Buenos Aires. (it was decided to add a second concert at the end of the first concert), the latter before more than 160 thousand people, which were released on two new LPs. The second concert was also televised live on Channel 13.
