К лыжной трассе вел уникальный поезд-фуникулер, который с 1974 года проработал без единой поломки. Но в тот ноябрьский день, когда фуникулер въехал в 3300-метровый туннель, что-то пошло не так. Почуяв дым и увидев пламя, большинство лыжников пошли вверх, прочь от пожара. Лишь одна отчаянная группа рискнула отправиться вниз - и только им удалось спастись. Всего в самой страшной катастрофе в истории фуникулеров погибли 155 человек. Но что стало ее причиной? Следователи сделали шокирующее открытие…
