The Story of India is a BBC TV documentary series, written and presented by historian Michael Wood, about the 10,000-year history of the Indian subcontinent.
The 'Extras' cover some clips which were not covered in the six-episodes of the documentary, and also shows the difficulties the crew faced while making the film. As Michael Wood says, "In India, you are never alone."
