During a secret military mission in Colombia, the secret agent and martial artist Julie Cosgrove (Cynthia Rothrock) is the victim of an ambush, which puts his team in danger. Leaving his government job to start a new life, unwittingly befriends some local Florida that have ties to the local underworld. When the people themselves are involved in the murder of her friend, Julie finds himself seeking justice.
