    Un gouverneur en campagne pour sa reelection se retrouve mele a des scandales qui peuvent ruiner sa reputation. La rencontre d'une femme-reporter opiniatre, de maitres chanteurs et de membres du Ku Klux Klan l'entraine dans une fuite en avant dont il ne voit pas la fin.

    A labyrinthine story of political ambition and intrigue based upon an unfinished screenplay by Orson Welles. Blake Pellarin is running for Governor of Missouri, but his real goal is to become president. When a dark shadow from his past threatens to expose a guarded family secret, Blake plots to placate his blackmailer by stealing his wife's jewels. However, an ambitious reporter and an overzealous campaign bodyguard, both privy to Pellarin's problems, have concocted plans of their own to exploit the aspiring Governor's conundrum for their own advantage.

    If you want to read a BivX on your PC simply use the Freeware VLC for instance (just have to choose track 1 or 2 in audio)
    –> To separate audio language Virtualdub can help you :-)
    Or you can easily convert with XconvertToDVD and choose just english language for instance to burn on a DVD or DVDRW …
