Film with the famous trio of satirical and very popular in Israel, "Rangers"or "Scouts". The story begins with the fact that the Jinjy goes to make an offer to his beloved Yaeli to her father Victor. On the way back he should bring along a reservist - objector Sergio Constanta. Victor, the father Yaeli, drives Jinjy, as should marry first, her older sister, and Yaeli is hiding in an army jeep.
Sergio Constanta must return the debt to Victor. When he learned that Sergio was called on reserve duty, he sets off after him. There appears a couple more, as well as the commander who served in the army is confused with love. Viktor wishing to fish is captured by the Egyptians, and then he finds (mineral) oil.

Фильм с участием знаменитого трио сатириков и очень популярного в Израиле «Следопыты» или «Скауты». История начинается с того, что Джинджи отправляется с военной базы, чтобы сделать предложение своей возлюбленной Яэли к ее отцу Виктору. По дороге обратно он должен захватить с собой одного резервиста – отказника Сержио Констанцо. Виктор, отец Яэли, прогоняет Джинджи, так как должна выйти замуж сначала ее старшая сестра, и Яэли втайне от всех, прячется в армейском джипе.
Сержио Констанцо должен вернуть Виктору долг. Узнав, что Сержио призвали на резервистскую службу, он отправляется вслед за ним. Там появляется еще парочка, а также командир, которые службу в армии путают с любовными свиданиями. Виктор,желая порыбачить попадает в плен к египтянам, потом он находит нефть.

גבעת חלפון אינה עונה - בדרכו להציע נישואים ליעלי אהובתו, נשלח ג'ינג'י גם למשימת הבאתו למילואים של סרג'יו קונסטנצה המשתמט. ויקטור, אביה של יעלי, מסרב להצעת נישואים של ג'ינג'י ויעלי בורחת מהבית ומסתתרת בג'יפ של ג'ינג'י בלא שזה ידע על כך. לויקטור יש גם חשבון לא סגור עם סרג'יו וכשהוא שומע שסרג'יו ברח למילואים הוא יוצא בעקבותיו. כך הופך בסיס שגרתי באי סיני לבסיס מוטרף ומטורף. המפקד יוצא מדעתו, המצרים מוזנקים לגבול ואפילו הטבח מגלה שאפשר גם אחרת. ויקטור, יעלי ג'ינג'י וסרג'יו הופכים מוצב אחד לקרנבל שלם בדרך להשגת מטרותיהם. סרט פולחן אשר במידה צינית והומוריסטית משקף את ההווי החברתי-צבאי הישראלי בשנות ה-70.
