Fortysomething is a 2003 UK television series, starring and directed by Hugh Laurie as Paul Slippery, a doctor facing a mid-life crisis. His wife Estelle (Anna Chancellor) is starting a new career as a headhunter and his three sons, Rory (Benedict Cumberbatch), Daniel (Neil Henry) and Edwin (Joe Van Moyland), are sex-obsessed. Meanwhile, Paul appears to hear the inner thoughts of others.
Episode Four.
Edwin convices Paul to buy a love potion from him, which Paul thinks will help him to have sex with Estelle - but he gets the opposite result when Estelle discovers his plan. In attempt to reconcile with her, he sneaks into a women-only lecture that Estelle is giving. Also, Laura and Lucy introduce Woj to Edwin.
