Andrea segue il consiglio e si reca in montagna dove incontra Gigliola con la quale intreccia un idillio che, pero', deve rompere momentaneamente a causa dello scandalo causato nel suo parentado per un prolungato bacio che egli ha dato a una domatrice di leoni davanti al pubblico del circo.

Andrea è ripreso dal demone che lo spinge ad azioni rischiose per le conquiste galanti. Un generale, che lo trova nell'armadio della camera della moglie, per punizione lo spedisce all'aeroporto per accogliere la salma di un ufficiale straniero. Qui inizia la sua relazione con Thelma, la moglie del Conte Ferreri, un vecchio molto geloso e sospettoso.

Accolto come ospite nella villa veneta del Conte Ferreri, ne insidia la moglie, ma diventa oggetto di una macchinazione omicida da parte del nobile che, comunque, rimane vittima della sua stessa insidia. Andrea finisce in Tribunale: si salva fortunosamente dalle feroci accuse di omicidio e ne esce riconciliato con Gigliola, che ormai è certo sia la donna fatta per lui. Casanova '70 è un film del 1965 diretto da Mario Monicelli.

English Storyline
Andrea Rossi-Colombotti, a U.N. official and modern-day Casanova, cannot get aroused unless there's danger in sex, but women and society are too compliant, so he's often impotent. A psychiatrist warns him it will get worse, and he should be celibate. Andrea tries and fails at that, abandons his fiancée, finds the occasional life-threatening liaison, and pursues a woman tethered to a dull but murderous husband. Will Andrea find pleasure and fulfillment, or is he doomed to pursue and then go limp when the pursuit is successful?
