Il Missionario (2009)

Dopo sette anni passati in prigione Mario Diccara è libero. Non avendo regolato tutti i suoi conti con la malavita, chiede alla sola persona di cui si fida, suo fratello Patrick, di trovargli un nascondiglio dove rimettersi in sesto per qualche tempo. Patrick, che è un prete, gli suggerisce di raggiungere Padre Etienne in un paesino dell'Ardèche. Mario indossa una tunica da prete e si mette in viaggio. Ma al suo arrivo incominciano le noie: Padre Etienne è da poco morto e gli abitanti del paesino pensano che Mario sia il nuovo parroco…

After seven years in prison Mario Diccara is free. Not having settled all his accounts with the mob, asked the one person they trust, his brother Patrick, to find a hiding place back on their feet for some time. Patrick, who is a priest, Father Etienne suggests to reach a village in the Ardèche. Mario wears a priest's robe and goes on the road. But the troubles begin when he arrived, Father Etienne has just died and the inhabitants of the village think that Mario is the new pastor …
