La Bella e La Bestia (1991)

La storia è quella celeberrima della ragazza che scopre la bellezza del principe-bestia perché riesce ad andare oltre le apparenze.
Molto tempo fa, un principe viziato ed egoista viveva tra gli agi del suo palazzo. Un giorno, durante un temporale, una vecchia donna bussò al portone per chiedere rifugio offrendosi di pagare con una rosa , ed il principe la cacciò malamente.
Ma questo fu un grosso sbaglio: la vecchia era in realtà una fata che lo stava mettendo alla prova. Lui non la superò e venne punito con la trasformazione in una Creatura mostruosa. Tutto il castello pagò le conseguenze del sortilegio e ogni suo abitante fu trasformato in un curioso oggetto casalingo animato. Solo se avesse scoperto l'amore e se si fosse dimostrato capace di farsi amare entro il suo ventunesimo compleanno, il principe avrebbe spezzato l'incantesimo. Il tempo passa, ma nulla cambia; il castello resta per anni isolato da tutto e tutti.

Long ago, a spoiled and selfish prince lived among the comforts of his palace. One day, during a storm, an old woman knocked on the door asking for shelter and offered to pay with a rose, and the prince drove badly.
