Doug, Phil, Stu e Alan sono un gruppo di amici che, all'annuncio del matrimonio di Doug, decidono di organizzare una festa di addio al celibato a Las Vegas. Phil e Stu sono amici d' infanzia dello sposo: uno è un sereno insegnante delle elementari, mentre l'altro è un dentista, convivente con una gelosa quanto atroce compagna; Alan è invece lo stravagante fratello della promessa sposa di Doug ed accetta di partecipare una volta invitato dal cognato.
Giunti a Las Vegas i quattro si recano sul tetto dell'albergo in cui risiedono e una volta qui iniziano a bere in onore della loro amicizia. Il mattino seguente gli amici si svegliano intontiti e privi di ricordi della sera precedente e dopo aver riacquistato un minimo di lucidità si accorgono che la stanza dell'hotel è totalmente sottosopra e che il loro amico Doug, lo sposo, è scomparso nel nulla; inoltre vi è una tigre nel bagno, e come se non bastasse trovano un neonato a cui dovranno badare. I tre amici si mettono alla disperata ricerca dello sposo per portarlo in tempo al matrimonio. Sebbene la storia abbia una trama semplice, lo schema narrativo e il susseguirsi di colpi di scena e azioni oltremodo demenziali e grottesche rendono il film piacevole e molto divertente.

Doug, Phil, Stu and Alan are a group of friends, the announcement of the marriage of Doug, decided to organize a bachelor party in Las Vegas. Stu and Phil are friends of 'the groom's childhood: an elementary school teacher is a peaceful, while the other is a dentist, living with a jealous girlfriend as atrocious, but Alan is the eccentric brother of the bride and Doug agrees to participate once invited by the brother in law.
Once in Las Vegas four go on the roof of the hotel in which they reside, once here start drinking in honor of their friendship. The next morning they wake up stunned friends and with no memories of the night before and after he had regained a minimum of lucidity realize that the hotel room is totally upside down and that their friend Doug, her husband, has disappeared into thin air; also There is a tiger in the bathroom, and as if that were not enough to find a baby that will take care of. The three friends put themselves in a desperate search to bring the groom to the wedding in time. Although the story has a simple plot, the narrative structure and the succession of twists and actions very idiotic and grotesque make the film enjoyable and very funny.
